We work sustainably and in harmony with nature in the vineyard and cellar.

We cultivate our vineyards according to organic principles according to the strict criteria of Bioland. We were certified as organic producer in 2024. We also work in a minimalist way in the cellar and, if possible, without any technical interventions or additives. Our wines are therefore naturally vegan. Our wines need some time in the bottle after bottling. The older vintages are the better choice if they are available.
