2020 Pinot Blanc “Slate Rock”
Description
Elegant, very finely woven Burgundy from slate. Fermented and aged in large wooden barrels and stainless steel tanks. Extra long yeast storage. On the nose grapefruit, smoke, nutty and subtle. Citrus notes, apple and pear on the palate. Fine slate minerality. 11 months yeast storage.

Perfect accompaniment to asparagus dishes. Vegetarian dishes with lots of vegetables. Oysters and other raw and marinated seafood. Pasta verdure. Schnitzel. Poultry with a light spice. Sushi.
