2022 Wiltinger Klosterberg Saar Riesling Old Vines
Description
A Riesling from old vines (approx. 55 years old) from the Wiltinger Klosterberg vineyard. Fine herbs on the nose, spicy herbal notes on the palate, thyme and rosemary, white pepper, elegant and fine, slightly dry.
Tastes best with:
light raw milk cheeses, fresh goat cheese. Fried fish, light vegetarian dishes. Poultry. Asian dishes with light to medium seasoning. Lebanese mezze. Minestrone. Pasta with Gorgonzola.

We work sustainably in the vineyard and cellar. That takes time. The youngest vintage matures in the bottle for at least 1 year - choose the older ones.
Open the bottles at least 30 minutes before drinking. Choose glasses suitable for the respective grape varieties. Allow the wine to sit in the glass for 10 minutes before tasting it. By the way, white wines can also be decanted...
